The key point of our Group is definitely the Staff consisting of motivated, professional people capable of creating a cohesive team that supports and improves itself every day. The company, in fact, invests heavily in the training and retraining of its staff, also points to young people by engaging new graduates or graduates and indicating them goals, methods and company procedures.

Idrobase's motto, "The worst crime is not to fail but not trying" says much about the philosophy that guides our work: from the production to the sale of products, regardless they are washers, misting systems or accessories.

This team spirit allows the Staff to approach the market and customers with many proposals and carefully, we are the only company in the field of manufacturing and selling of high pressure washers, misting & cooling systems and components for high pressure washer to have the distribution given only to women.

In a world where the actors are almost all men with a great technical knowledge of the product, we rely on a young Team starring the female component. The interesting thing is that our customers consider this service better than that provided by the traditional man who is a technical seller.

The different companies have their headquarters in the same building at Borgoricco (Padua): the production, delivery management, supplying of goods, research and development together with administration are common values, while marketing and sales actions have separate offices and their dedicated staff without the use of any third party.
